You know, as the day pass, i realised i don't feel sort of passion/commitment to my sec school band. (not that much, BUT i still miss the people and love the band yeah!)
Used to care too much, in the end, got conflicts, politics stuffs, that i start to slowly see them as norm and just live with it. When there's people, there's bound to have politics.
Anyway, just really hope the juniors do a good job, and please dun forget what we have said or advise before. As a leader, you should know what you should or shouldn't talk publicly. If it's between friends, tht's fine since there's no record of it. (plus it's sort of like discussion.) But social media, that's really a nono. And, don't get too overboard and let the power gone over your mind. That's the same thing just like a corrupted official. And as usual, monkey see, monkey do. Don't make the juniors learn the bad habits. I just realised sometimes it's just karma. really karma, see juniors used to complain that seniors are being too strict, then what biased shyt, all those stuffs, but when junior become the senior, their own juniors also give you this shyt attitude.
So, conclusion, don't even complained because sometimes, it's really for your own good.
and we sort of went through more, so yeah. and i myself learn alot of things from the seniors too, and sometimes we just keep pass on. :)
Be humble lah, and remember your job. [PRACTICE!]

lol, and concert etc~ and concentrate on my scales/appergios/tonguing zzz...
i'm so guilty to say i haven practice grade 5 pieces much~
and really hope can faster clear, just do it at once, even if my money... FLOWS OUT T.T
